Interior decorator and mother of two Madison is hoping her husband Rich, a TV handyman, will finally get his big break – his own show.
And he does indeed get a break – but not the one she was expecting. Rich instead takes off, saying he needs space. But Madison suspects he may be seeing someone else and turns detective.
Hammond has one of the best laughs on TV (if you haven’t encountered her before, look up her interview with Harrison Ford and Ryan Gosling). But this was a pretty forgettable novel. A bomb and rather a disappointment.
