The Big Book of Cupcakes - Betty Crocker (2011)
This book is definitely big, and amazing. I feel like I have upped my cupcake game ten-fold. It's split into six sections - cupcake/frosting basics, simply delicious cupcakes, bake-sale favourites, kids' party cupcakes, dazzling holiday cupcakes, special occasion cupcakes. There are savoury cupcakes, fancy cupcakes, funny cupcakes, cupcakes with funny names, and cupcakes that make my mouth water. I am a cupcake aficionado, and this book has given me so many ideas and many batches of delicious cupcakes, and a few unwanted inches around the waist! I recommend this book to anyone who loves their cupcakes - it has 175 different cupcakes, with most able to be made either from scratch or from a mix. (AV)
