The winners of the Romantic Novelists' Association 2015 awards have been announced. Joss Stirling was awarded the overall Romantic Novel of the Year Award 2015 for her young adult title Struck. It is the first time the prestigious award has gone to a YA title. Lucy Dillion took out the Contemporary Romantic Novel award with A Hundred Pieces of Me. Ella Harper's Pieces of You won the Epic Romantic Novel category while Lucy-Anne Holmes' Just a Girl, Standing in Front of a Boy was awarded top honours for Romantic Comedy Novel. Jill Mansell and Carole Matthews were presented with outstanding achievement awards.



       

The Romantic Novelists' Association has announced the shortlist for its 2015 awards. Nominated for the Contemporary Romantic Novel award are Julie Cohen for Where Love Lies; Jenny Colgan for Christmas at Rosie Hopkins' Sweet Shop; Lucy Dillon for A Hundred Pieces of Me; Ciara Geraghty for Now That I've Found You; Jill Mansell, for The Unpredictable Consequences of Love; and Katy Regan, for The Story of You. Ella Harper's Pieces of You has made the shortlist for the Epic Romantic Novel category, while Sarra Manning's The Worst Girlfriend in the World is nominated for Young Adult Romantic Novel. Up for Romantic Comedy Novel are David Atkinson, Love Byte; Jane Costello, The Time of Our Lives; Lucy-Anne Holmes, Just a Girl, Standing in Front of a Boy; Milly Johnson, The Teashop on the Corner; Mhairi McFarlane, It's Not Me, It's You; and Laura Tait and Jimmy Rice, The Best Thing That Never Happened To Me.
